Terms of Service

These Terms set out the rights and obligations between you and Accesspowerpath in relation to access to studio classes, memberships, workshops and online resources. By attending classes or purchasing services you agree to these Terms.

  • Bookings: Bookings are made online or by phone and are subject to availability.
  • Payment: Fees must be paid in advance; membership fees are recurring unless cancelled per terms.
  • Health & safety: You must disclose health conditions and follow instructor guidance. We reserve the right to refuse participation where safety is at risk.

Consumer guarantees & refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy such as refund or re-supply.

Our typical refund & cancellation approach:

  • Class cancellations by the studio: full refund or credit.
  • Membership cancellation: refer to your membership terms for notice periods and pro-rata refunds where applicable.
  • Change of date or class: subject to availability and any applicable administration fee.

Privacy & Personal Information

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information is used to manage bookings, provide services, process payments and communicate with you. You have rights to access and correct personal information we hold about you.

Accessibility and inclusion

Accesspowerpath is committed to making our services accessible. Studio facilities include level access at the Carlton studio where possible; staff can assist with reasonable adjustments for class participation. If you have accessibility needs, please notify us in advance so we can support you.

We comply with the Disability Discrimination Act and encourage feedback to improve accessibility.

Complaints & dispute resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please follow these steps to help us resolve the matter promptly.

Most issues can be resolved quickly by speaking with the teacher or front desk on the day. Please provide your booking details and a brief description.

Send details to Accesspowerpath at Accesspowerpath@outlook.com including your contact details, booking reference and desired outcome. We will acknowledge within 5 business days.

If unresolved, you may contact Consumer Affairs Victoria or the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) for advice about consumer guarantees and dispute resolution in Australia.

Liability, insurance & governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accesspowerpath's liability for any loss or damage arising from the provision of services is limited. We maintain public liability insurance for our classes and facilities. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Victoria courts.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including class sequences, images and written materials, is owned by Accesspowerpath or used under licence. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.
